Flexible Rollout Based on Operational Needs

MediaPro decided to roll out ITracker in two phases. The first phase implemented the discrepancy reporting capabilities for internal and client communications. The departments incorporated into this phase were the transmission, production and editing services. The second phase will incorporate the ticketing and service modules. The ticketing module allows MediaPro to extend the engagement to their clients.
